Potent Entertainment’s photography services are designed to be simple and stress-free for you. To do so, here’s what we include in all of our event services:

We offer hourly & full day services for events. Our hourly option is most popular for events as you pay only for the number of hours you want to book for. We will show up before our scheduled start time and keep taking great photos for the designated amount of time. Our full day option is great for longer events as it provides for up to 15 hours of capturing special moments.  wac128_200.jpg
 All of our services include editing done with the latest version of Adobe Photoshop. We take the time to touch up and adjust your photos to give you the best product possible.

 Screenshot2011-02-24at55510PM_small.png  Our own online viewing album is a great tool for you before your event, and after. With other companies all you get to see is a portfolio of the 20 or 30 best photos they have ever taken. Please feel free to view ours.  Better yet, with us you can view a selection of photos from many past weddings and events, sometimes over 500 photos. This allows you to see what you can REALLY expect from your event.
 Screenshot2011-02-24at55616PM_small.png  After your photos are edited, your guests, family, friends, attendees, far-away relatives, even you (don’t worry, you will also get the discs with all your photos) can view your photos on our online album, for free.  Photos can be purchased; prints, products, or downloads, for a small fee. Your album can be password protected at your request.
With every event you receive your own, private login on our website where you can fill out a timeline. This means you don’t need to decide anything at any specific time and fill out forms on the spot. You will have access to your forms 24 hours a day, up until one week before your event.

To take away the stress of having to come back to your photographer and getting charged high prices to get prints, products or copies of your photos, all of our full day & hourly services for events come with one or more discs of ALL the photos from your event, with copyrights released to you. We do offer copies, prints, and many products at great prices if you would like us to make them for you. Your discs will come with uniquely created labels and cases.
